I’m in love with this girl. She’s gorgeous, smart, talented, funny as hell, and totally badass. That girl is me.
My piece for the Naughty Dog 30th Anniversary tribute show at Gallery Nucleus which opens this weekend.

I can remember no greater childhood horror than a sibling tripping on the controller wire and watching in slow motion as your game system came crashing down
honestly shao jun shouldve gotten the major title and unity shouldve been a sidescroller dlc but y e a h
#COULD WE STOP FUCKING BRINGING THIS UP
#I AM SO SICK OF THIS WHOLE TOPIC
#maybe the next game will have a female protagonist?
#and i honestly didn’t expect a female dlc
#and i’m happy with that
some people just won’t settle for crumbs and for good reason: they shouldn’t have to. not after the backlash, not after both rogue and unity feature their respective protagonists, and shao jun is left as a sidescroller season pass dlc.
in order to eventually GET that main entry with said female protagonist, voicing this type of stuff is necessary.
which is why it’s completely okay for people to “not be happy” with that.
Assassin’s Creed Chronicles: China is the second piece of content included in the season pass. It’s a downloadable title that reimagines Assassin’s Creed on 2.5D a plane. It’s set in 16th century China and follows Shao Jun, who’s the last remaining assassin of the Chinese Brotherhood. Shao Jun learned her combat and stealth skills from Ezio Auditore and will be going back home on a quest for revenge.
